Outdoor Track started today. I havent been very good with keeping track of my miles so I am going to start now and continue to do it. 

I am excited to get back to baics with some good solid base miles. Did a 6 mile run today with Jake Tyler and Josh. I am going to miss these three when I move. Didnt feel too good on the run, I need to stop eating so much garabage food for lunch. Legs feel fine stomach not so much.

Did 3 miles in the morning. I need to get more consistint on doing morning runs.

For team practice we did a 5 mile fartlek workout. We went 1 minute at close to mile pace then 4 minutes off at recovroy pace. Did this for the whole 5 miles. Did a mile .5 mile warm up and a .5 mile cool down.

Did 8x800's today. Felt really good. started out slower than mile pace at a 2:26 then went 2:25 2:24 2:23 2:23 2:22 2:21 and 2:19. Felt super good and it felt fairly easy for this time in the year. Am excited to get this year rolling.

Did four miles in the morning. felt good.

For practice we did a 4 mile tempo. I felt better than I thought I would after the workout we did yesterday. ran a 23:58 for just under a 6 minute mile. would like to drop that down to a 5:30 to a 4:45.
