Did a 4 mile run this morning, felt good on it about a 6:45 pace.
For our after school practice we did a break down interval workout on the track, 400, 400, 800, 1200, 1200, 800, 400, 400. Felt really good today!! Ran with Tyler today. Our times were, 400-78 sec 400-76 sec 800- 2:35 1200- 3:55 1200-3:50 (this was the hardest one by far) 800-2:30 400-70 sec 400-65 sec.
Did a mile warm up and a mile cool down.
